I make the pre-order since the lauch and promise to reach at 4 march, yet until now no news from samseng Malaysia?
When is your order gonna be shipped? And for your online store, almost all item are out of stock, so how are we gonna redeem the RM800 voucher? Some of them already received but most of us not, so i believe this is your problem that we are not able to redeem the voucher. Any further action going to take for this issue?
Same situation here. Same concern too. The phone haven't been dispatched to the courier yet according to the tracking website. At least update us with the status. Furthermore, the phone isn't here but the samsung care+ started 3rd March 2022. **bleep**?! I have been monitoring the store everyday since 1st March 2022, no stock to redeem.
Contacting Samsung support is useless. They said that on 4th March is when the shipment actually started. All tracking must be check with DHL as Samsung warehouse is ready for pickups of packages to be delivery
