Why Xiaomi CCTV Camera can't completely loading on Samsung Phone?

Hi... I want to ask why my Xiaomi CCTV Camera can't load completely? Stuck at 91% on everytime.

I have try form any Samsung phone but all these facing same problem.

I try on any other brand not facing this problem. Vivo, Pixel, Oppo, Xiaomi not facing this problem.

Can someone help me if any special setting for Samsung Phone for using this app.

Personally I don't think the issue comes from Samsung. I have the same xiaomi cameras, and indeed sometimes ( very rarely ) loading is stuck at 91%.
Manually killing and relaunching the app, the connection is then ok.
From what I see, the final part is the connection to the server ( Xiaomi ) in China ( I guess ) and probably China origin phones have easier access with less or no firewall at all...
