I am using S21 Ultra and Tab S8 Ultra. My Widevine certification for Netflix keeps downgrading itself from L1 to L3 which significantly drops the quality of content to SD. I cleared the app data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Only my Tab S8 Ultra went back to L1.
Upon contacting Netflix about this issue, I was asked to contact the manufacturer (Samsung) to provide a permanent Widevine L1 Certification for my device. Anyone faced similar issues? How do you solve this problem?
