Does anybody here knows how to wipe the system cache partition on the S10 Lite? I've tried 2 methods which doesn't work. I've even tried both the methods with and without the headphone cable plugged in but it still won't get me into recovery mode to access the system cache partition.
1st method - hold down power and volume up (this is how I do it for my note 20 ultra with the headphone cable plugged in)
2nd method - hold down power and volume down (while phone is on), and when the phone restarts hold down power and volume up
2nd method was given to me by the Samsung live chat agent.
After connecting to pc, turn off the phone, wait until the phone really turn off then press volume up and power button at the same time 😁... yes, usb to usb C cable..
