Hi all,
need some advise on legal followup for my zfold3(2021) which ended Its warranty oct 2022. After recent updated software (end jan 1023), noticed my phone start loosing its auto rotation gyro, speaker intermitten and an area not usable to use its stylus. And as of 31st jan 2023, all speaker total out of use and i hv to use earbud for all incoming call, conversation and audio related. Checked with samsung service center low yatt, the screen c/w batteries require rm2.3k to replace and speaker hardware i need to leave 1 day for checking which i unable yet.
My question here, how to make known to samsung malaysia or korea about this warranty and none quality components product to be reimbursed/repaired foc and not lackadaisal our voice in buying their products. I am with galaxy since note4.
Any legal stand for us purchaser of this rm7k++ device?
