This link show how samsung manufacture create a proper build and authorized center and other third party experience store they know about this ,for fold and flip don't blame samsung that is your fault ,not manufacture issue ,every manufacture will put os and update before going to latest via internet . For S24 Ultra please don't follow other say update .

Just follow I say it . 

1.Turn on knox @ app protection in device care look at there turn ,don't listen knox not involved this issue . 

2. Go there click turn on ,by default click that button only don't go back ,it will automatically scan and activate, when once it active everything will be operate via online and offline mode .

3.If you want update find better speed ,big quota ,security not public wifi which involves vulnerability data that you store inside your phone. 

4. For flip and fold 

 Don't try it to unfold and fold just like gimmick ,touch screen inside gold layer will be break causing dead pixel line 

Flip and fold when you need or keep out folded .So don't blame samsung for that your reason ,technician can detect it with between hidden gap . 

5.Follow instructions from agent in cs line,email ,call from samsung malaysia hotline .

6.Mainatance care 

 For screen protector don't use with chemical especially mattle plastic just specific alcohol or screen water spray only 

7.Privacy shre 

Don't share or click supcious link ,news of phising source . Only use true website that provide by organization and government only .

8. Charging 

Samsung has cut off features but charger plug don't use fake one buy from tiktok ,shopee lazada ,cause too much copy outside by chinese criminal operation . 

Use original ,third party trusted only ,consider use original one inside mall ,or for shopee find BSs distribution ,samsung malaysia distribution partner. 

Network 

For now 5g still is not stable so consider use 4g for a while ,that is telco problem ,samsung already optimize each network infra inside phone . So you call center of each telco provider you use .

Awak pun tak tahu punca dia bukan ribbon tu je ,buat komen report banyak .Ada samsung admin nak dengar ,memang kena tinggal la kau tu seorang seorang.

A 25 ,tak ada problem ,yang problem tu sebab tak pandai guna ,update internet tak kuat boleh effect semua system one ui malaysia

Owh ok. Xtau la.. Line unifi 1ghz kt umah ni x cukup laju utk download. Dulu Sy guna samsung start dr s6 edge.. Lps tu s7, s7 edge, s8+, s10+, s20 ultra, semua ok je. Smpi kt s21u ni yg problem. Sy update cara sama ja dari dulu

Itu sebab tak on knox ,samsung dah pentingkan on knox dulu .
