Just call 1800 samsung to confirm if still under warranty. If yes, request for onsite. If no, ask for an appointment to go down to the service centre for a charged replacement.

Then click on register product
Then sign in using ur Samsung Galaxy account
Then scroll down to see warranty information of ur Fold 3... If got extended warranty, it should be displayed.

some region doesnt cocer the replacement the factory screen protector.
if Samsung will charge you for the replacememt, then you're better off getting those 3rd-party screen protector and have the seller install it for me.
i initially when i bought the Flip3, the sales person said that it was covered but when i went to the service center, they said it was not covered by the warranty and was instead directed to their sales team. i ended up buying a screen protector from for more or less SGD$20.
