Media control bug in notification panel?

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue after the latest update (October 28th) for the Flip 3 where my YouTube media controls either aren't showing up, or shows the controls for Spotify. It's pretty annoying because I'll need to open the phone to pause videos instead of doing it from the cover screen

Tried changing notification/lockscreen controls, permissions, etc but nothing worked. Samsung support asked to reset the phone and clear cache but that didn't work either. 

Anyone else facing this, or know a solution?

We had checked for Youtube and Spoitfy media control in Flip3,

it works fine after the software update.

Could please try double tap the cover screen and swipe to right?
