The program has ended, for this program users will need to download these vouchers and redeem it during the warranty period of the device.

The campaign period has ended yeah, redemption is after you download the vouchers you can use them within device warranty period.

It's very unfair to those users who spend RM6000 and above to buy a Fold phone and unable to enjoy the benefits

Why not just system credit the vouchers automatically instead? what's the points for Z fold 6 users to redeem manually?

FIY The film protective replacement isn't that unaffordable by the way. It's cost within rm100 only which gives you a whole new screen experiences.
