It took me 3 visits to samsung service centre just to claim my protective film replacements done. 

1st visit: time not permitted (I arrived at 4pm,for ur info, shop close at 6pm, ok fine acceptable maybe lots of other phones need to be fixed.)

2nd visit: time not permitted due to technician on lunch break and that person might finish at 4pm. They asked me to come again the next day. (I arrived at 2pm,and leaving speechless-ly)

This is unacceptable where can i email my complains to regarding this matter.
