Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold6 at its upcoming Unpacked event in Paris, France. The device features a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X inner display with a resolution of 2160x1856 pixels and a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X outer display with a resolution of 2376x968 pixels. Both displays support a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and have a color depth of 16M.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Galaxy processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. It features a triple-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
For selfies, there's a 10MP front-facing camera and a 4MP under-display camera. The device supports 8K video recording at 30 fps, 4K slow-motion videos at 120 fps, and 1080P slow-motion videos at 240 fps.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 comes with dual nano SIM slots or the option to use one physical SIM with an eSIM or replace both physical SIMs with eSIMs. It supports 18 5G bands, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C connectivity. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The device has a 4400mAh battery and is expected to have slightly different charging speeds compared to its predecessor. It comes in three color options: Navy, Silver Shadow, and Pink.
