Samsung not allowing any negative feedback for their products??

Now I know samsung is not accepting any negative feedbacks! Then improve your after sales service and product quality!
I get rejected by Samsung Malaysia for more that 6 times by trying to leave a negative review to z flip 4.
My screen protector has bubbled, the replacement process isn't smooth and the premier Z customer service is not helpful at all.
Just unlucky for choosing z flip 4.

They don't fix their issue, already faced 2 issues with them so far with no resolution or initiative to fix. Seriously considering just changing phone brands.

Yup, this will be my last samsung phone, imagine I still have few times need to go thru all these process again in the future, just because I chosen this phone. And their customer service just made me get mad..Screenshot_20230610_201245_Chrome.jpg

Sy tak pernah kena la bab handphone..tv samsung pernah...sy telefon cakap elok2,dia ignore...kali kedua sy call tinggi suara sket..ignore..kali ketiga call sy maki,esok sampai tv replacement...

I am not sure what kind of negative feedback on your post. Lol. But I do believe that every company got their own policy on what need to be taken out and what to remain in their forum. FYI, I do saw a lot of negative posting about Samsung devices which involve of green line appeared from the display, bubbles screen on Flip and Fold series, etc. All those posting is still in this community page.

 

Refer to one of your conversations with Samsung support team (the one stated about stock availability due to limited access…). To me, this is totally not accepted and not responsible at all from Samsung where he/ she was telling a customer to explore their service centre one by one. As a big organisation and they don’t know where their things allocate to? This is a big joke. To me, he/ she is just lazy to find it only. If he/ she said so, then people can see how well a big company organise their thing. As a customer support he/ she shouldn’t say like that (this should be escalated to his/ her manager).

 

To be honest, using Samsung devices is not a problem. Their product is quite good. The main problem is dealing with Samsung Malaysia support. The phone and brand are good but just that it kills by their own people in Malaysia. Lol. No offense but is a fact. Dealing with their support team is a nightmare and after so many years, they still never learn. Lol.

Ya I had modified few version of my review , but still being rejected, u can see those negative review r posted from samsung US, not MY.
Anyway using a problematic device is really creating a lot hassle to the user, at least for me. The free replacement is taking around 2weeks after booking.
Oh the customer service also telling me that there is a labor cost RM30 for replacement, but I confirmed with 2 SC, there's no extra charges for replacement using the voucher.🤷‍♂️
