I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Galaxy Z Flip 5. You're not alone—several users have reported similar problems with the System UI crashing, leading to black screens on both the main and cover displays. This issue often arises after software updates and can be quite frustrating.

🔧 Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

1. *Force Restart the Device*
- Press and hold the *Power* and *Volume Down* buttons simultaneously for about 15 seconds until the Samsung logo appears. This can help reset the system without data loss.

2. *Boot into Safe Mode*
- Safe Mode disables third-party apps, which can help identify if an app is causing the issue.
- To enter Safe Mode:
- Press and hold the *Power* button until the power menu appears.
- Tap and hold the *Power Off* option until the *Safe Mode* prompt appears.
- Tap *Safe Mode* to restart your device in Safe Mode.
- If the problem doesn't occur in Safe Mode, a third-party app is likely the culprit.

3. *Clear Cache Partition*
- Wiping the cache partition can resolve issues without affecting your personal data.
- To do this:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the *Volume Up* and *Power* buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to *Wipe Cache Partition* and press the *Power* button to select it.
- Once done, select *Reboot System Now*.

4. *Repair Apps via Recovery Mode*
- In the same recovery menu, you can select *Repair Apps* to fix potential issues with system applications.

🛠️ If the Issue Persists

If none of the above steps resolve the problem, it's advisable to contact Samsung Support or visit an authorized service center. There have been instances where hardware issues, such as problems with the motherboard or display, have caused similar symptoms. Samsung has, in some cases, offered free repairs for devices experiencing such issues, even outside the standard warranty period.

Feel free to reach out if you need more detailed instructions or assistance with any of these steps.
