Z Flip 3 - GREEN LINE after software updates

Used my Flip 3 for 1 year 1 month (exactly past Warranty period) - tadaaaaaa - 1 green light appeared after software update. Never dropped my phone before.. People keep sharing their BAD experience in Facebook and alot of people encounter this issue. People paid for RM3K above and only lasts for 1 year.. we work very hard to buy our dream phone and lasts for 1 year only.. Trial & error huh... Samsung really need to fix this issue. So disappointing T.T

Nope.. the warranty only covered for 1 year..

Oh, no. Have the issue been resolved? Have u called samsung Service Center to double-check?

Not yet.. they claimed its usually "own faulty" 😅 they gave me option to change the LCD at RM1,460 🥲 im afraid after few months changing the LCD, and the same problem comes again...

It's not worth.. black Friday is doing a sale with so much discount and very high trade-in.. try there.. the price is equivalent to the new phone.. sorry for the screen, by the way.. stay safe

I have the same problem with z flip 3..just came back from service centre, they said bcos of lcd. To change lcd cost rm1655, not worth it. Warranty only 1 month.So dissappointed with samsung

So sorry to hear that.. i basically just keep the phone for picture-taking & listen to music purpose.. i bought A34 as new phone to replace my flip 3 🥲
