Z Flip PhoNE suddenly shutdowns when folded

After the recent software update, has anyone else faced this same issue where the flip phone automatically turns off when you fold the phone.

You will then need to plug into a power source for it to be restarted.

Samsung Malaysia is denying knowledge of this happening while their Staff, Cik Amany insisting I send it in for repair and pay RM1.3k.

I told her many times Samsung Community in Europe is reporting the same thing but she denies knowledge.

I hope this doesn't end up as a class action suit against Samsung and they do something about it.

Samsung do something quick about this!!!
