Z Fold 4 Can't open fully

As you all can see in the photo attached, my ZFold 4 is experiencing difficulty opening fully. I've taken the initiative to investigate by checking for dust or debris in the hinge, but unfortunately, haven't been able to find anything.

Have you heard of anyone else experiencing similar problems with this device?

I read that there's a defect in zfold4 and zfold5 uses a different kind of hinge. My Samsung phones usually lasts me for years. I am really upset with this.

I too was having this issue on my Fold 4. I also found out what the issue is.

The glue on 1 said of the bristles has came loose and is stopping the phone from opening. I got an old toothbrush and while the phone was close brushed down both sides between the gaps, if you do it correctly the bristles should pop out a little so you can pull them out.

My phone now opens fully for the sake of losing 1 side of bristles.

My Fold 4 device is not able to fully unfold today.
Who can help on this.
It's sickening with the fact that fold 4 is the flagship model, and yet this kind of folding/unfolding issue happens.
