So in my experience of having the game launcher, it just puts all the games in one place. It does not effect the game performance. So it's safe to say that you can use the game launcher. So yeah!!

i'm not sure but you may try to just make a quick search in the setting if it's there. tell me if you have it or not
Btw In game booster im sure that for android 10 and below they don't have the game booster labs so yeah...
