Step 1. Contact our Customer Service hotline at 1800-7267864 and tell the agent you would like to use Remote Service for your TV.
Step 2. Press the MENU or MORE button on your TV > Support > Remote Management.
Step 3. Share the 8-digit PIN code that appears on your TV with the agent.
Step 4. You are now connected to Remote Service.
