Hi. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but our Samsung Front Load Washing Machine (which we've purchased last year) always says "Softener Low", but there's full of softener in the detergent/softener drawer. I've washed the drawer a few times, but still got the same error. Can anyone advise on any solutions?
