Cannot see Hotstar apps in Samsung Tv in uk

can you help me how to download Hotstar apps in my smart TV. I cannot seethe apps.

Samsung Smart TV not allowed yet for Hotstar in Malaysia.
However there is a way to view Hotstar by mirroring or bypass the TV regions ( this maybe not allowed by law )
