Connect trio 500 keyboard to PC

How exactly the way to connect this keyboard to my Asus PC. It's not even showing in my PC bluetooth settings. 

Can anyone help me?

When I try and type the pairing code, the keyboard disconnects, please advise!

Most of time my laptop cannot find Trio 500.
If it found ocastionally. After choose the right device then 
"connecting ........" then "try connecting your device again" 
an endless loop
is all what I got. It is so depressing.
