Forgotten Password for Lock Screen

Do not worry if you forgot the password. You can follow the below steps to unlock the password.

Step 1 : Advice customer to visit : https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and login to the Samsung Account of your locked phone.

Step 2 : Advice customer to click lock.

Step 3 : Advice customer to tap on Unlock again.

Step 4 : Advice customer that the lock screen password will be removed.

After doing all troubleshooting steps and still not able to unlock the password. You have to go to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Centre and bring along the proof of purchase.
