Hi, I bought a mobile phone s20 from the official Samsung website Malaysia, but the package received without the invoice, so in order to register the product it's required proof of purchase(Invoice) to attach with.
So is anyone has bought a product on the official website and had this issue before?
I've emailed the my_shop<at>samsung.com and didn't receive any answer yet.
Previously i pre-order thru online but select to pickup the phone at nearest Samsung shop. So the phone come with invoice. Guess you have to wait for reply since you already emailed Samsung.
