Not Everyone Samsung Galaxy Users Know About The Samsung Game Optimizing Services Issues In Korea and US
Twitter user GaryeonHan and a legion of Samsung smartphone users (thanks to Android Authority) have compiled a list of over 10,000 apps whose performance has been reduced or throttled when Samsung's game optimizing app, GOS, is running in the background. Though strangely no phone benchmarking apps appear in the list. Funny that.
What's allegedly happening is that Samsung's Game Optimizing Service (GOS) app, which optimizes game performance (to improve battery life and reduce heat) on Android phones, might be 'optimizing' things that aren't games. Users have complained that tons of apps and services, such as Netflix, Samsung Pay, and even the phone dialer have been running poorly whenever GOS is active.
GOS seems to whitelist phone benchmarking apps like 3DMark and Geekbench from artificially limiting. So if you're running a benchmark, you might think there's nothing wrong or see any performance dip whatsoever unless, of course, you use an app that is affected.
A Korean Youtuber found a way to trick GOS into seeing 3DMark as Genshin Impact and was, therefore, able to benchmark the throttling in action. It reduced its benchmark score by more than half when running on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. GOS is preinstalled on some Galaxy S21 and older phones, and there are reports that it is also preinstalled and non-removable on the new Galaxy S22, too.
This isn't the first time a phone maker has had complaints of app throttling; last year, OnePlus was caught secretly throttling apps without letting the users know to help conserve battery life. Benchmarking apps, much like in this situation, remained unaffected.
Those with a Galaxy device running One UI 4.1 should see games perform better by default and should technically see even better frame rates by enabling the alternate performance management setting found in Game Booster’s Labs menu (Game Booster can be accessed from the Game Launcher) "But Sadly Tested And Not Approved This Labs Its Still Bad"

Did You Guys Know That Inside Gaming Phone That They Said Better On Gaming such as Razer Phone,ROG and so other phone include Iphone? Inside Their Phone There Is a Cooper chamber/tape/foil and inside gpu/cpu there is thermal paste...so about better,its because of cooling system inside helping the processor not getting over heating...and the new S22,did you guys know that inside the GPU there is a thermal paste!!??
Just to share that before i did all test about game optimizing services issue i did have put thermal paste inside GPU/CPU since there is no thermal paste inside..even with thermal paste the throttling is still there on gaming reaching 45°C and more since game optimizing services still running even you turn it off in game Labs!! More worst if Game Optimizing Services Not Turn Off its heating faster and reduce performance even just reaching 40°C (Not Only On Games,but other apps too including phone system or display/touch)
Lastly solution disabling Game Launcher,Game Booster And Game Optimizing Services! With still thermal paste inside my galaxy S20+ Exynos 990 with WQHD+ display running so smooth and performance way better compared before temperature when using phone like Youtube,Watching Online Movies its get 30°C-34°C...when gaming such as Pubg NewState,Apex Legends Mobile Max Graphics Max FPS for hours and hours temperature gets around 35°C-39°C so no more reduce performance/stable FPS (without Air-conditioning,Game Cooling Fan!!)
