how to record call conversation

Hi iam a new Samsung user, i was a VIVO user for 4years and recently felt Samsung has better features and looking good. In Vivo phone there is a option to set record all call automatically. But in Samsung A71 i could not find where is the option

Call recording has been disallowed by Google once device has been updated to Android 9.0 Pie and above.
Therefore, with the upgrade to android 9 and above, all call recording apps have stopped by Google in our region.

what is the reason of discountinued such a importaint feature. call conversation recording is a very importaint feature. it keep the user to recall a call conversation

Only one reason; It's against the law to record the other party's conversation without their concern. Google is only abiding to the rules.
