How to update smart tag firmware

Hi all,

Wanna ask do anyone know how to update smart tag 2 firmware? I saw the notification popped up and when I click it, it just bring me to the smart things homepage of the device. Checked everywhere for the update but nothing seem to ring a bell. Need help from someone who know. Thank you 🙏

For my case , when it bring me to smart things page, it auto update

I'm using Flip5 and buy it from Samsung official store 😅

yupp, all is activated, thatś why I'm confused when it doesn't auto update

Try go to service center they may help again activate.
