Connected with my PC through HDMI 2.1 cable, input source is Dolby Atmos content At the first when I get the soundbar, everything works fine As I believe after the latest firmware update (HW-Q800AWWB-1010.1), this problem start to occur The center channel voice/dialog became quiet or muffled from time to time Sometimes it could be fix by pause for a while or changing the volume of the soundbar (sometimes not) but this issue is quite annoying as it really affect your movie/game experience I tried soft reset or even hard reset doesn't help Do try to reinstall firmware through usb service port but no update process happen (might because the firmware is already the latest) Is there any permanent fix regards this issue or am I able to downgrade to older firmware?
