MYJPJ login issue

Hi Samsung Member Malaysia, did anyone manage to login to MYJPJ apps? I had been trying since yesterday but still can't login. It keep prompt this error "Connection Error" but i can login via browser. Need some advise from those who are success. TQ.

Definitely the fault is at their site. They never bothered to increase their capacity as they should have predicted that many will try to simultaneously access their server after the announcement.

Agreed. They should tested the system and prepare to face the ocean of people will try to access the system and apps once they announce..😪
