NO MEDICATION TRACKER FOR SOME REGION

I did some reading and I found out that Samsung does have a medication tracker, but it is only available to some phones and some regions (i.e. US). I still do not understand, why Samsung released some features to some regions but not all. Why does that even happen in 2024?

some features require approval from relevant authorities. that takes time. it's either the approval is pending or other reasons from the back end.
