I posted a video here this morning, demonstrating that the camera tilting some angle after switching lens.
I was hoping that the mod would at least look at the issue, and extend the complaint to the relevant department. Instead, my post is nowhere to be found.
Why did they do this? Honestly, I had similar experience before where I published a review on Samsung website, complaining about the excessive battery drain during idle. And that too got deleted.
If this is how Samsung Members operate, this raises a serious concern about transparency and their willingness (or lack of it) to help customers. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.
