Sound picker

I'm trying to fix my sound picker cause it keeps stopping an won't add ringtones, I tried what u suggested but still fidn work

go to settings
apps
choose default apps
click on all
then search secsoundpicker
click storage
clear data
force stop and then restart device

Been doing this for weeks now it still not working, when I go to sound an vibration an click it brings me back to the same sound an vibration

Have you checked with our in-app service support for assistance?

Yeah I did so earlier an an agent showed me how to get it sorted out, thanks for the advice
