Hi everyone. I hope someone in the community could help me with this issue I am having. I have a Samsung Q950A soundbar which is connected vide HDMI Earc to my LG Nano75TPA TV. My LG TV has Lan connection to wifi. My main issue is the wifi connection for my soundbar Q950A which keeps offline always. I am trying to connect it to the 'SmarthThings App' on my iphone. There are days when there is wifi but most days it would say offline. I need the wifi connection for the Q950A soundbar to 'SmartThings app' so that I can to 'Auto Eq' and other functions for my soundbar. Please, if there is someone out there in the community who could offer help, which I much appreciate. Thank You.
You can use Bluetooth which is easier and wired connection which you have to use optical wire and connect to tv. Wifi connection is very complicated. Or is it compulsory for you to use wifi connection in your Samsung Soundbar?
