Torchlight did not work out

Hello to whom it may concerns,

Eventually after i updating my phone, the torchlight in my phone did not work. It says that 'Can't turn on torch because its being used in another apps.'

Can anyone or someone help me with this?

I truly appreciated it, because i am the persons that regurlarly need to use the torch for some reasons.

I wish someone can help me with this.
