unknown dot

Anyone knows why this dot appear when taking pic at night. However in certain angle the dot is not appearing..

any idea how to get rid of this.. i tried to wipe my lense.. no luck..

How to rid of it by switch off that lamp post..hehehe..Actually, thanks to Amroolzakryalimen to find that an old feature Ar/Af on cam by press long at the screen cam. you can try if it work.

hehe.. thanks royel.. i just afraid it is caused by scratched lense.. will try ur suggestion.
