Where are Samsung laptops?

In Singapore, Samsung sells a lot of products from smartphones to tablets and even washing machines and air con. However, it seems that they don't sell laptops, even with the latest model, the Galaxy Book, Boom Pro and Book Pro 360. Any idea as to why?
