Why are there nothing to redeem for Samsung Pay Rewards?

Is Samsung Pay rewards still active?  It seems they didn't replenish those vouchers for quite some time

Usually they from time to time add on new rewards to let us redeem. This the 1st time over so many years i see such thing. Totally nothing to redeem for quite some time.
