If you have a Samsung phone, there's no need to be jealous; every Android phone has a screen recorder, too. You can use it to make video recordings of nearly any app — though some apps like Netflix will just give you a black screen — and then share or edit the videos later.

I'm using M21 and that function does not exist. Nt even in my pull down bar. I also searched the app in the settings. Its not there.

Its because M21 is a low end phone and Samsung removed the feature to make M series look bad

The lower end of A series including A0X, A1X, A2X also gets mistreatment so you are not alone
