Why can't i edit phone keypad UI style on Theme Park?

Hi i'm new using this app, i was creating a whole theme for my phone and noticed I can't edit those ones (phone keypad, chronometer, settings UI).

Is there any payed upgrade? Or why can't i edit it :(

Hi! You have to download the keys cafe app, is the only option where you can edit the samsung keypad

Just checked the app, by keypad I meant the call keypad.

This last ones, when i click them it just vibrates:(
