First Purchase promotion stackable

Hi everyone, upon checking on samsung e-store terms and condition, for the First Purchase Promotion, it is stated that it's not stackable with any on-going early order, pre-order, launch promotion. 3 types of promotion here, can anyone from samsung explain this? As I was told by the customer service that First Purchase promotion cannot stack with 'free gift offer', and it's such a bummer that it is not included in the Terms and conditions. Unless there is another tnc documents that i am not aware of, and that is just false advertising by hiding the tnc?
