Redemption Gift not fulfilled for S23 Ultra Promotion since May 2023

Hi All, anyone have received the free Samsung 4K TV redemption gift for May 2023 S23 Ultra Promotion? Received email from Samsung on 31 May to inform TV has been shipped but to date still no sign of it. Written multiple times to redemption.sg mailbox but never reply back. Not sure if this the customer service level expected from them.

I am one Samsung S23 ULTRA owner purchased on 16/5/23, have registered my redemption voucher with a approved code. Tell have approved my claim. But till today have given me the schedule of their delivery and installation. As was told they have alot of backlogged at the logistics department. But atleast reply and give the schedule. Do they have planing of the gift who registered with them. Salient does not help to service their customers. Will someone responsible call me 9710 9431

Still waiting. Email them before but took them nearly a month to reply that they are still clearing their backlog.

Same here. The redemption gift was already "shipped" for over a month. I tried contacting their chat support many times and each time their agent said different things. The last agent told me that someone from the redemption team will contact me ASAP but no one did. It really gets frustrating.

Mine was approved on 23rd of May. Status shipped but never deliver. Email from them states deliver within 14 days from redemption approved date. Their replies so far, no explanation for the delay, unable to estimate delivery date, empty promises of will follow up and get back to me by end of June but never did. Multiple apologies through calls and emails. Followed by "still working on your case" automated texts every few days. I received the same text four times with no progress made.

I am having the same experience. Supposed to receive the soundbar as part of the TV promotion with courts. Its been more than a month and they haven't contact me either. The worse thing? I received an email soundbar promotion from samsung which is the exact same model!!!! And they have the cheek to tell me no stocks.

Guess what? The current soundbar promotion is till 12 July and the customer service told me delivery may only start in mid July...isn't this suspicious? Meaning that they are going to send me second hand or used soundbar isn't it!!?.

Have the cheek to tell me that stocks are different for redemption and the sales team. Really bs.

Thats the same shady stuff i'm seeing! They won't commit a date to send my soundbar but yet have promotions running selling the same soundbar. Someone should expose Samsung for shady dealings!

Yes! Glad to know that im not alone. Its already Aug and i have not received the soundbar. Yet the same soundbar can be purchased on their online and physical stores. Extremely horrible. Im wondering where we can take action on this.
