Accessibility Icon on Nav Bar?

I recently updated to beta 4 and now the accessibility icon appears in the bottom right of the Nav bar. Does anybody know how I can get this to turn off? I've rebooted and checked accessibility settings but don't see an option to toggle the icon off. Clicking does nothing.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
