Title mostly, One UI 2.0 has been super smooth for me so far but being forced to use One UI Home is making the experience significantly less enjoyable for me. Pixel 4 already has the fix, yet we haven't heard anything else from any other OEMs or even Google on when or if we'll 3ven see the fix on other devices

It's not a fix that Samsung has anything to do with, it's the developers of the launchers. Why would you think it's Samsung's problem to fix.

First off. The issue has nothing to do with an issue that 3rd party launchers can fix. It's been known for months that 3rd party launchers were broken on Android 10 and that it was up to Google to fix the issues that arose. You are speaking without knowing what you're talking about. Once Google implements the fix for the 3rd party launchers, Samsung has to implement that patch and send it our way. that's how that works

Broken? I'm using Action Launcher with zero problems.

No, you're not using Action Launcher on One UI 2.0 with new gestures and not having issues. Period

Samsung won't be putting in a fix for third-party launchers it's not up to Samsung it's up to Google...Google actually makes the entire system all Samsung does is add their theme over it and tweak it to work with their one UI this is going to be an issue as even Nova Launcher states that certain things might not work right because of those new swipe gestures and there's nothing they can do about it till Android fixes it. however Nova Launcher still seems to work great as long as you use the swipe gestures of the three down at the bottom not that new single button iPhone piece of **bleep** garbage gesture that they've added so that they can make our android phones feel more like an iPhone

after all that's what ONE UI stands for. it's an acronym for One Universal Interface. A universal interface that was put in place after Apple stocks dropped terribly last yr, in hope of making it easier for people to convert over from apple to Android if they decided to make the switch. Google hopped the band wagon by introducing these new gestures to also aid in apple users floating over. it also is supposed to make it easier for anyone to switch to and from any phone, and still feel familiar with navigating their device.
so untill more phones hop on Android 10 and it becomes more unified...were S.O.L
you can either use the new gestures or still use the old 3 button way.
OR download Samsungs on One handed opperation+ app. waaaaay better than the garbage navigating were currently left with

Jesus Christ these are annoying. You're wrong. Plain and simple. Yes it's an Android problem. Congrats, you can read. Who sends out the Samsung series of updates? Google? No. It's still up to Samsung to implement Googles fix for Samsung devices. That's literally how that works. The fix for 3rd party launchers is already active on the pixel series with Android 10

Jesus you're annoying. How do you think the fix gets implemented ???? One UI runs on a modified version of Android. Either Samsung ports Google's fix over, or they use the build google has with the fix implemented. Regardless, SAMSUNG HAS TO IMPLEMENT GOOGLES FIX IN SOME WAY SHAPE OR FORM. if google already has a fix (which they do) then it's now up to Samsung to implement that fix on their end
