Anyone else having issues with Dark Mode?

As of today, Oct 29, 2019 I cannot toggle my dark mode on or off. I tried restarting the device but no light mode. Nither from the notification panel nor the display settings.

Did you apply any theme? If - you have to go to default & change only wallpaper or icons (if you want custom look)

Try clearing the cache partition from the bootloader.

that's cuz adaptive power saving is on

go to your battery settings and change to optimize setting. It will turn off dark mode. Also be sure you turn off dark mode in the display settings.
