Anyone else?

Recent apps gesture sometimes bugs out I'll swipe up to try to go to another app and it will just resist it vibrates and moves up like a millimeter before going back down and it wont let me access my recent apps until I exit the application I'm in and try it from the home screen

Yes I reported it also, turn on the gesture hints and it will work for now until they fix it

go into developer settings and scroll down to animator duration scale set it to 1x. it will not vibrate after. it will be smooth

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
