Beta connected to device or account?

I'm switching from the s10 to an s10 plus soon. Is the beta connected to the samsung account or the device? I would like to stay in the beta on the s10 plus after switching.

I'll take wild stab at this
a) you have to use Samsung Members app to be selected
b) you have to have a Samsung account to log in to navigate in Members
c) you have to have a qualifying phone

Maybe a combination of both. So, maybe you can, or maybe not. :)

it is connected to IMEI of the device. if I am not wrong Beta slots are still available. My friend registered for beta yesterday. Just switch to new phone and if beta slots are still available register to it
