Bixby update to samsung daily?

Is there any word on this update yet? When I go to my Bixby home app settings it pops up with a blue update screen for about 2 seconds and then disappears and I can't update it. Anyone know or hear anything?

I've actually posted about it weeks ago and I never heard any thing new about it like they completely forgot about it since SDC
