Blank options in navigation bar

This only recently started but when I pull down the notification bar halfway the options are all blank. When I pull it down all the way it shows them but cant fo anything like touching the names for settings or even turn things on like my flashlight. While trying to get footage for this now all the icons are blank..

try changing the system font or clearing system cache

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
