I wonder how everyone. Feels about current offerings for call blocking. I find it is inadequate. That third party apps that are less secure and often dubious do a better job. If you agree or disagree. Please do so here. What I really want for this is if you agree. Can this update please add better call blocking more options. The stock option often do not work and being a phone first find this to be rather irritating on a daily basis. Leave your thoughts...

Samsung uses Hiya which is also used by AT&T and T-Mobile for their call blocking. For strictly blocking Hiya works fine for me. For the telemarketer calls I get, nothing is going to work so I just live with those.. Most of the calls I get are spoofed numbers and it would do no good to block them because they'll never call me from that number again. Most if not all those numbers are legitimate numbers that belong to real people I actually received a call from myself one day.....my name and # was on the caller-id. I can cut down on a lot of them because many come from the same area code and prefix as my phone so I block all 864-234 numbers.(an example, not mine). Since 234 is a mobile prefix and I know no one in that prefix I can get by with it.
