This issue has been present since Beta 3, posted about it before, but people don't seem to get that I'm using swipe from bottom, not the new Android 10 gestures.
In this mode, you have to swipe up and hold from the middle of the screen, not swipe in from the bottom corner. Any attempt to do so will just hit the return gesture or the recent apps gesture. Works fine with gesture hints, but when hiding them, I just can't start Google assistant, it only goes home once I let go.
Does anyone else have this issue? I will submit a bug report about this as well.
