Clear Partition Cache

Is it possible to do a clear partition cache while running beta, was hoping it would help solve some crashes while in settings?

The usual power up method works for me. Power off. Press and hold power and vol up until screen comes on. release power but hold volume. phone will boot into recovery menu. use vol up down to select and power to enter / execute.

like mentioned, reboot into recovery mode and wipe cache partition
